UleFone has been really busy lately. This China-based company is definitely not that well-known outside of China, but they’re doing their best to promote their handsets and sell as many they can internationally via various resellers. We’ve also recently reviewed one of the most powerful devices in UleFone’s lineup, the UleFone Be Pro.
The company has teased yet another device via their Facebook webpage, the UleFone Be Touch. This handset was originally rumored to be called the UleFone Dare, but it seems like UleFone has decided to re-brand it, or the ‘Dare’ was just a codename. Either way, This handset will be powered by MediaTek’s MT6752 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz and judging by the earlier 3GB of RAM teaser, this might be the company’s new flagship. If you take a look at the provided image, you’ll notice that the company is also teasing that Android Lollipop will come pre-installed out of the box here, with some additions by UleFone, of course. Considering that the company also showed us the device itself in the aforementioned image, we get to see that it has a circular home button below the display. It remains to be seen if this is just a home button, or did UleFone perhaps decided to include a fingerprint scanner in there, which is something many manufacturers are doing these days.
We still don’t know what materials will UleFone use in order to build this device, though it seems like UleFone might opt to use more premium materials this time around. As far as other specifications go, we assume that this handset will sport a rather sizeable battery, 3,000mAh+ is a possibility. Also, judging by their previous handsets, this device might ship with a 13-megapixel main camera (Sony’s sensor). We’re only guessing here, of course, so take this with a pinch of salt. Either way, the company is expected to release this handset really soon, stay tuned.
