Huawei’s upcoming P8 handset has been leaking like crazy over the last couple of weeks. The company has already announced that the device will be announced on April 15th in London, and they even released a ton of teasers in addition to all the leaked material we’ve seen thus far. The Huawei P8 will be the company’s newest flagship device, and according to various leaks, it will have really thin bezels on the sides, you basically won’t be able to see them. We’ll talk more about the specs later, let’s take a look at the newly-released teaser video, shall we.
This China-based smartphone manufacturer has released a new Huawei P8 teaser, though this time around we’re not talking about an image, but a video clip. This video has been posted on the company’s official YouTube channel, and Huawei is using the “Capture The Wonder Of Light” tagline this time around. The video itself is rather interesting, despite the fact it doesn’t reveal much about the device at all. This is just a teaser after all, but Huawei might be referring to the camera in this video, that’s just a guess though. According to many leaks that have come our way thus far including the TENAA’s (China’s equivalent to the FCC) listing, this handset will feature a 5.2-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. This handset will be powered either by HiSilicon Kirin 930 or Kirin 935 SoC, depending on which source do you choose to believe. TENAA’s listing revealed the Kirin 930 SoC, and several reports came in after that claiming that Huawei will opt for the Kirin 935 instead. Android 5.0 Lollipop will come pre-installed here with the company’s Emotion UI on top of Google’s OS. 4G LTE connectivity will also be a part of the package, and a fingerprint scanner is also a possibility. The 13-megapixel camera will be available on the back of this device, and you can also expect Huawei to use premium materials in order to manufacture this thing.
