Yahtzee with Buddies success has led them to reach the number one ranking on the Google Play Store free games list, a feat not easily achieved by very many games. In addition to reaching a monumental download number in less than a work week, Yahtzee with Buddies is also seeing as many as ten thousand downloads an hour, according to Scopely’s Chief Operating Officer Javier Ferreria. For those who may have grown up playing YAHTZEE, they should find that everything has been painstakingly recreated to look and feel as much like the original game as possible, with a modern mobile interface to grab the attention of both long-time seasoned players of YAHTZEE and newcomers who are just getting to experience the game.
YAHTZEE with Buddies allows users to play the game on their own in single player matches to get a feel for everything, and once they’re ready they can branch out and play with family members or friends for some multiplayer fun, no matter where they are. YAHTZEE with Buddies is also holding both daily and weekly tournaments with player rewards and even more of a challenge than other play modes.
